Personal Training

Full-service One-on-One Personal Training
One-on-one personal training sessions are individualized 60- minute workouts designed specific to your own goals. An introductory trial package of 2 sessions is available to get you started.

A 2 session introductory package is available after which you can choose between a single session, 3 session, 6 session or 12 session package

Express One-on-One Personal Training
A fast paced 30-minute personal training session for those who find it difficult to fit an hour of exercise into their busy lifestyles.

3 and 10 session packages are available

Double-Up Training
This package is perfect for couples or best buddies. Both of you will be scheduled together with your personal trainer for a 60 minute training session.

3 and 10 session packages are available

Group Training
This package is for those who want to save on cost and still have the benefit of working with a trainer. You will be scheduled for a 60-minute session with up to 4 other people of similar fitness levels (no more than 5 total in the group).

Group Classes

Spinning
This group cycling class welcomes participants of all fitness levels from beginners to skilled athletes. You are in control of making the ride as challenging as you want. This 60 minute class starts with a 5 min bike set-up/orientation followed by a 45-50 minute ride. Finishing-up with stretches. (Sign-up is required as bikes are limited).

Pulse
This fun, high paced and energizing workout is sure to keep your pulse pumping. A combination of spinning, boxing, BOSU and more. Designed specifically to keep your heart rate up to burn the maximum amount calories. 45 minutes of heart pumping action followed by a 15 minute cool down and a full body set of stretches.

Boot Camp
This 60 minute high energy workout builds strength and endurance through an increasingly popular method of training taken directly from a military-style regimen. Expect this fun but exhausting workout to include such exercises as jumping jacks, mountain climbers and push-ups, just to name a few.

All About The Core
This 30 minute class focuses on strengthening, toning and flexibility exercises devoted to the core.


All training packages and classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
